Personal Note: I didn't start out to be a fitness trainer. I ran and skied and one day my left knee didn't want to work. I was told that surgery was the only solution. Knives seemed uncomfortable so with a little research I discovered a few leg exercises. One thing led to another and now I train people that don't find solutions for their body and health challenges. Each person is different and each health and body challenge needs its own solution. I believe that and I've seen it work for many years. Let me know what you need and maybe together we can solve it.
Strength. Balance. Life.
